To achieve the goal of assisting good Executives/Leaders to become great, we employ a Multi-Step Coaching Process. The first step is to establish where the Executive/Leader is in their professional development. Then determinations are made, with the Executive/Leader’s involvement, as to the actions they must take, and behaviors they must change, in order to get to where they want to be and where their organization needs them to be. An Action Plan is then created, with specific Action Steps and periodic Milestones to assess the progress being made and a Deadline by which meaningful improvement will be achieved.
