Executive Coaching Fees and Guarantees

Individual Executive and Executive Group Coaching

Because both the Executive Coach and the Executive(s) considering the coaching process need to determine if they are a “fit” and can interact effectively with each other, the first 60-minute Coaching Session for either an individual Executive or an Executive Team is free.

 

For the Coaching Process to have maximum impact, we recommend a coaching session every other week, lasting between 30 and 90 minutes.  This level of interaction between Coach and the person(s) being coached keeps the Action Plan, once it has been developed, on a fast track.

Individual Executive Coaching

Coaching Sessions occur every other week and last between 30 and 60 minutes:

 

  • With a Retainer Agreement of three months or more the fee is $200.00 per hour.

 

  • With less than a three-month Retainer Agreement, the fee is $300.00 per hour.

Group Executive Coaching for Teams of up to 8 members

Coaching Sessions occur every other week and last between 60 and 90 minutes:

 

  • With a Retainer Agreement of three months or more the fee is $100.00 per hour X the number of Group Members.

 

  • With less than a three-month Retainer Agreement, the fee is $150.00 per hour X the number of Group Members.

Even though we don’t believe it is the best approach, we still provide valuable and impactful training with a Stand-Alone Training Event if you don’t want to commit to one of our Training Programs.

 

The fee for any one of our Workshops is $3,000.00 per day of training, plus travel expenses.

If your company subscribes to C.O.P.I. ™ and is not satisfied with the agreed-upon increase in performance and productivity, your company will not have to pay 50 percent of our retainer fee.
