Who Am I?

I am the No B.S. Workforce Development Coach.

I am also a “recovering trial lawyer”, an unabashed Starbucks addict, and the author of WorkQuake™, a book dedicated to those in the work environment who seek not only survive, but also to thrive in the Information Economy.

Executive Coach

Paul’s Executive Coaching Program focuses on Individual & Organizational Performance Improvement at every level of the organization.

Paul teaches Leadership, Communications, Strategic Planning, Organizational Ethics, Corporate Governance, Team Building, Critical Thinking and Employment Law at National Louis University and Aurora University.

Paul is the author of WorkQuake™, a book dedicated to the concept that “the times they are a changin’” and organizations and individual leaders, at all levels of the organization, need to be aware of, and responsive, to those changes.

A professional speaker, Paul inspires audiences with the information and practical tools needed to implement meaningful change in the workplace thorough a series of entertaining and thought provoking presentations.

In 1992, after a 30 year career as an employment law attorney, Paul founded the executive coaching/consulting firm Glover & Associates to assist Executives and Leaders at all levels to improve their organizations. His clients include entrepreneurs, small businesses and national organizations.

What I Do

I change organizations by helping people of influence within the organization be better managers and leaders.  For the last 24 years, my mission has been to assist executives and leaders at all levels to recognize, and then achieve, their, and their organization’s, full potential by improving their managerial and leadership skill sets.

Why I Do It

To have a positive impact on an organization requires one on one interactions with influencers at all levels.  By engaging, listening to, advising, educating and supporting an organization’s influencers/leaders through the coaching process, I am able to be part of the change/improvement process that improves individuals who then improve their organization.

How I Do It

My approach to executive/leadership coaching is pragmatic, hands on, grounded in the realities of the real world of work and very results oriented – but applied with a sense of humor and panache.  For executives and leaders who appreciate a clear and realistic action plan, a large dose of accountability, and a coach who will nudge and, if necessary, push them to achieve their goals, executive/leadership coaching with me is a must.
