To achieve the goal of assisting good Leaders to become great, Paul employs a Multi-Step Coaching Process:
- The first step is to establish where the Leader is in their professional development.
- Determine, with the Leader’s involvement, as to the actions they must take, and behaviors they must change, in order to get to where they want to be and where their organization needs them to be.
- An Action Plan is then created, with specific Action Steps and periodic Milestones to assess the progress being made.
- A Deadline is established by which agreed upon improvement will be achieved.
