A Customizable Interactive Onsite or Virtual Workshop

Paul Glover, The No B.S. Workplace Performance Coach, a “recovering” lawyer and an ex-felon, uses his own journey from incarceration to inspiration and his 15 years of experience coaching Executives and Team Leaders, to create The Resilience Edge™, a training workshop that shows every member of the organization, from C-Suite Executives to Front Line Team Members, the importance of resilience, mental toughness and grit, how they can enhance their own resilience and positively impact performance and productivity throughout the organization.

 

Purpose: The Resilience Edge™ Workshop has only one purpose: to increase Individual, Team and organizational performance and profitability by enhancing the resilience, mental toughness and grit of every participant in the workshop. Participants will leave the workshop with insights about themselves and equipped with practical techniques and strategies to enhance their resilience skill set, reduce stress, increase mental toughness, improve their job performance and create a more productive workplace environment.

Customization: Paul works closely with you to customize The Resilience Edge™ Workshop to address your organization’s specific goals and key objectives and designs interactive activities to enhance the learning experience for participants. 

 

Presentation Options: The Resilience Edge™ Workshop can be presented in two ways: 

  • Onsite Facilitation: On-site learning is the most effective method for participants to experience the benefits of The Resilience Edge™ Workshop. The on- site Resilience Edge™ Workshop is available as either a half or full day immersive experience. The onsite workshop is ideal for 10 to 50 participants.
  • Virtual Learning: Using state of the art technology, learning in a virtual workshop setting is a viable and effective delivery method if onsite facilitation is not feasible. The virtual workshop is ideal for 10 to 100 participants.

 

Format: While each Workshop can be customized to meet the specific needs of the organization, these are the usual components of The Resilience Edge™ Workshop:

  • Defining the Key Elements of Resilience, Mental Toughness and GRIT Skill Sets.

  • The Importance of Resilience, Mental Toughness and GRIT for High Performing Work Teams: Understanding how Team Members can harness the energy of setbacks and failures to fuel their comeback.
  • Assessing Participants’ Resilience, Mental Toughness and Grit. 
  • Creating The Resilience Edge™ Skill Set for Individuals and High Performance Work Teams (Team Building Exercise).
  • Creating The Resilience Edge™ Work Environment (Team Building Exercise).
  • Action Plan and Follow-Up.
